Move left and right to dodge the falling asteroids. The run comes in three waves, and each wave sends more asteroids your way. We measure your reaction time, accuracy, and consistency.
How it ends: a 30-second timer, shown top-left. Getting hit never ends the run, it just counts against your accuracy, so keep dodging until time runs out.
A firefly drifts across the night sky, lighting up spots one by one to trace a trail. When it finishes, retrace the same spots in the exact same order from memory. Each round adds one more spot, so the trail you have to hold in mind keeps growing. We measure your working-memory span and recall accuracy.
How it ends: after 8 rounds. A wrong answer does not stop the game, the trail just keeps growing to the end.

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects how the brain manages attention, impulses, and executive function. It can show up as inattentive, hyperactive-impulsive, or combined presentations.
Inattentive (difficulty sustaining focus, easily distracted), Hyperactive-Impulsive (restless, acts without thinking), and Combined (both sets of symptoms). Symptoms often look different across ages and genders.

The Service is not currently a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and does not replace professional medical advice.
We are actively pursuing clinical validation and regulatory approval (including Software-as-a-Medical-Device classification where applicable). Until such approval is granted, results provided by the Service are informational and educational only.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content, code, designs, mascot illustrations, trademarks (including the A(rDx)HD wordmark and the pink brain character), and AI models are owned by Jahanikia NeuroLab LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and de-identify that data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
The base assessment is offered at no charge. Premium features, school licenses, and clinician dashboards may be offered on a subscription basis at prices listed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled per the platform of purchase (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or our direct billing partner) and applicable consumer-protection law.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete personal data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule, unless retention is required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. Current release (research stage). Today, A(rDx)HD runs entirely in your web browser, and your account and assessment data are stored locally on your own device (in your browser's storage). In this release we do not transmit that data to, or store it on, our own servers, and your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it. The server-side practices described in the sections below (for example, cloud storage, encryption in transit and at rest, use of service providers, retention periods, and international transfers) describe how we will handle your data once our full web and mobile applications launch with cloud accounts and synchronization on the Apple App Store and Google Play. We will update the effective date above and notify you before that change takes effect.
Your name, email address, date of birth, and password (stored as a salted hash). For users under 18, parental or guardian acknowledgment as described in our Terms.
Reaction times, accuracy metrics, error patterns, sequence memory performance, mood self-reports, session timestamps, and AI-generated cognitive profile scores. This information is considered sensitive personal information and is handled with elevated protections.
Browser or app version, operating system, device type, IP address (truncated for storage), and crash logs. Used for compatibility and security.
We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, social-network friend lists, contact lists, or microphone or camera data. We do not request government identification.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion to handle account recovery and abuse investigations. Assessment data is retained for as long as you choose to keep it; you may export or delete it at any time. De-identified research data may be retained indefinitely.
In the current research release, your data stays on your own device and is not transmitted to our servers. When our cloud accounts launch, data will be encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256), access to production systems will be limited to authorized personnel and logged for audit, and we will perform regular security reviews. Our team is trained in handling sensitive cognitive and health-related information. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and applicable regulators per breach-notification law.

A(rDx)HD is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete the information promptly. We are based in California, USA. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA and UK data transfers and apply equivalent protections.
A(rDx)HD in its consumer form is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, because we do not currently provide healthcare or process data on behalf of a covered entity. When we offer clinician or insurance partnerships (see our Pro tier roadmap), HIPAA Business Associate Agreements will be executed where applicable.
For GDPR purposes, Jahanikia NeuroLab LLC is the data controller. The lawful bases we rely on include consent, performance of contract, and legitimate interests. For California residents, we honor CCPA / CPRA rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising).
We use a small amount of strictly-necessary browser storage (local storage, and cookies once cloud accounts launch) for authentication and to keep you signed in. Optional analytics (privacy-preserving, with no third-party advertising) are off by default and can be enabled in account settings.

We are actively working toward becoming a validated diagnostic tool. Our roadmap includes formal clinical validation studies against established instruments (DSM-5 criteria, ASRS v1.1, Vanderbilt Scales, Conners Scales), peer-reviewed publication of results, and submission for Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) classification. Until that work is complete, the Service should not be relied upon as if it were validated diagnostic software.
